    I am lucky that I rarely have to contact the GP practice but I have had to have several contacts this year and each time, I have been telephoned back promptly and seen on the same day if required. The admin team are very professional and helpful. Ratho is lucky to have such an accessible GP Practice.

    The doctors are patronising and rude. They don’t listen to what you’re actually trying to say and steam roll over you when you do. I went in with a serious concern and felt like she was almost mocking me. Asked for information on a disease I’ve been diagnosed with and given nothing, all the while being berated for doing my own research and told to “stop looking and trust your doctor”. I’m sure the young woman in the village with terminal cancer wouldn’t agree with that. They’ve also proven that their knowledge is somewhat outdated. All in all, I agree with previous reviews. The doctors are complacent and very much appear uninterested in their patients. The sim would seem to be to get you out of the door as soon as possible.

    Worst practice ever. It’s a different doctor pretty much every day, none of them care less about their patients. They don’t listen to anything you say, they are patronising and make you feel like an idiot (even when you have a medical background). The incompetence I have been unfortunate enough to have experienced first hand is horrifying. I just hope they have good insurance as one day someone will sue them all for malpractice I’m sure of it.
