This practice has GPs and staff that don't listen to anything you say I nearly lost my son due to the GP refusing to see him just as well I went to the hospital or he would have been in danger he was in hospital for 3 weeks you can't get an appointment to see a Dr on Tuesday Wednesday Thursday afternoons for staff training I personally haven't seen Any Dr for over 2 and a half years even after I was told to make an Appointment the receptionist tell you there's no appointments from the time Dr Harris left and the New head GP took over and she has no time to help or to listen to her patients A great surgery went utterly useless and one of the Dr's Records the consultation And its WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION That's ILEGAL She's breaking patients Confidentiality by doing this

I joined Quarryside Medical Practice in March 2021 as a new patient, I left in October 2021 as an unsatisfied one. There were a few reason for my departure however, the most important being the incorrect information placed on my medical record that cannot be altered, to reflect the truth. The detail of this information not only defames my character but is permanently visible to all medical staff that access my record. In the fortunate position to have witnesses with me at the time that can attest to the truth and to the inappropriate behaviour of GP, I made a complaint. Although, I have now moved onto another, improved practice I still feel upset that this practice upheld the GP in their actions and had the ability to abuse their power. I write this review to ensure that this experience is made known. If this review is removed at the request of the practice, I am happy to provide evidence of the dispute to ensure the review remains. I agree with all other reviewers this surgery is a disgrace to the profession! You call at 8:30 like requested to get an appointment to see a doctor emphasis on see a doctor but you get told no we do phone discussions now then the doctor decides if it’s suitable to see you in person or not! So the scum need to be shut down and not transferred to another surgery they should all lose they’re jobs and licenses as doctors disgraceful scum and that’s before you see a doctor who knows maybe when the Americans buy out the nhs we might get a better service just a shame it will be at a cost of that other scum buy it out which shouldn’t be allowed by law selling a health service as big as the nhs maybe if those government scum did they’re jobs right it wouldn’t be at risk of sale to well just as big a scum as the tits running it the now!
