Fairfield Surgery

I was expecting a call back from a nurse/doctor today. I did not receive a phone call. I decided after an hour to ring myself. Was on the phone for 30 minutes and when it was finally answered the receptionist apologised and confirmed I should have had a call back. Some minutes later I received a phone call stating I was booked in for an appointment at the alloted time and not a call back. Not true. What's happening to this surgery.

I have tried to contact the surgery today but my call keeps getting terminated it instructs you not to attend the surgery unless told to do so ,I have visited the surgery only to be told that only option 1 is working as the other options are not working and to call back tomorrow this is not the message that is on the recording and therefore your call is terminated every time

I phoned on 6/3/23 as I was very poorly l surfer crohns plus ckd. I had excruciating pain in my side , back and lower abdomen. Phoned 8.40 got through at 10.40 only for my call to be terminated. I was furious. This is not the first time it’s happened to me. I’ve been there since birth 57 years. Service is disgusting. I’ve now decided to pull out and have registered else where. It’s totally unacceptable, receptionists are rude and arrogant.
