I arrived at new Cross surgery today. 9-8 -23. At 2-45 pm for my appointment with the nurse practitioner at 3-15 pm ! Only to be told by the receptionist at 3-15 that the nurse practitioner will not be able to see me as she called my name and I didn't answer. This is not the case as i most definitely did not anyone call my name. Then I was told I would either have to come back at 5pm or arrange another appointment for the next day!! This is not acceptable!!! | ||||||

Impossible to get an appointment and staff are rude and unhelpful. I pity the elderly who maybe aren’t computer savvy and have to turn up in person only to be told there’s no appointment. Oh and the phone just rings until it rings out. So stressful to get even repeat prescriptions. Shambolic Clydach surgery | ||||||
