This surgery refused to see by 18 month old Grandson. Told gp would ring in 4 days. We had to take my Grandson to the hopsital he ended up being admitted to paediatric ward at Morriston hospital. Never in all my years has a baby been refused a same day appointment. An utter disgrace. | ||||||

My mum has had a couple of really bad falls and hurt her head twice her neck and arm trying to get an appointment is impossible when we did get through they said they would ring her waited in all day and ni phone call when I rang to ask if she was getting a phone call they said they had rang twice lies we've been waiting by the phone all day these doctors surgery deserve to be closed down speaking as a nurse myself this is unacceptable | ||||||

On two occasions over the past few months we’ve had real concerns about my wife’s deteriorating health, and have made over 90 phone calls to try to speak a doctor, but not once did we succeed. Ended up having to pay privately on both occasions to be seen by a GP. This surgery is an absolute disgrace and they have no concern about patient’s wellbeing. It’s a lottery if you manage to get through, and the only time we did I was told to take my wife to A & E. people will die because of this shocking process. AND THEY DONT CARE!!! | ||||||
