Jan 23 2022 The Company seems to operate to their own schedule and not what works for the client.Many safeguarding concerns and training issues were raised without taking any appropriate action and this was after only being with the company for 10 weeks in total.Compared to their competitors they charge almost twice as much, for this price I expected a much better service!Having a been carer myself for the past 7 years I was very concerned about the lack of basic training and bad practices the company undertook.
