Home Care Information
The Reablement Team provides personal care and support to people in their own homes in Oldham. The team provides short term support, usually following a crisis such as treatment in a hospital. Most periods of support last for around six weeks. During that time people have either regained their independence or have been assessed as needing care or support for a longer period which would then be provided by a different service.
