As a client of St.Anne's i and horribly disgusted with my living condition, (due to the rules of the review ill be naming the tenants 1 to 4, tenant 1 being me and tenant 2 being the problem tenant)
As of two years ago tenant 2 had begun experiencing severe anger issues, at fist i felt sorry for them and wanted to help but ass the days when on it got worse.
It use to just be the tenant swearing, now its turned into full-blown hell, the tenant destroys the property, even now we have a destroyed fireplace which may i ad was actually nice, now....its ruins.
but what angers me the most is how St.Annes is enabling him, instead of being stern and being honest, they coddle him.
hes got so bad that tenant 3 is crying in fear, it does not help that Tenant 3 is very shy and quiet.
Oh did i also mention Tenant 2 goes into people rooms which is against the tenancy agreement, but they don't care, because he brings them money.
So parents please from someone who has suffered at their hands, avoid St.Annes like the plague. |
