    High staff turnover lack of management support within the service basic requirements of care services are not implemented care and support plans peeps policies and procedures ect. Staffing issues restrict level of adequate care low staff moral. Does not provide an opportunity to enhance independent living skills or encourage service users to engage with community of social activities because of poor staffing. Managment turn a blind eye to everything and you can never get hold of them!
