Nov 27 2015 I lived in a Swan flat for several years. The whole experience was depressing from day one through to the happiest day of my life when I eventually sold the place. I was forced to pay for servicing work not carried out and received very little assistance from Swan. They're a faceless company who never visited the block of flats to see the state it was in. They're supposed to help low earners but with the money I lost I could have bought my own place cash. With Swan you do not own the flat. Please please don't use Swan Housing
