Aug 11 2017 What can you say about a service where people don't show up for the prebooked sitting service? Once a person did show up and was quite lovely and my mother-in-law enjoyed the time spent with them, but the other occasions we missed out on our valuable time away from caring because the carers just didn't show up. Information on the care plan was incorrect. Very unhappy.
