99% of staff are incompetent and are unfriendly, not willing to ever accept when they have caused an issue. Even put an official complaint, had a meeting which said they we putting place measures for improvement, have not seen any action since the meeting, in fact the service has probably gotten worse. If I could put negative -1,000,000 I would. For some unknown reason they are part of the NHS choices. Most of them don't even talk to my mother, staff have bickered over the top of her, from what I have heard even full blown arguments. Half seem to not be able to read English, let alone have a basic understanding of it as most instructions I have put over the property are either not followed or they are just flat out ignoring them. Most of the time they miss the morning appointment, and don't have any manners to even apologise to my mother when it happens. You get the idea, I could probably write a 10,000 word dissertation on the woes I have had with them, this is the third agency we have had and strangely even with all of the above I would probably say they are the best we have had, No manners, terrible organisation, not fit for the duty of care.... Even after our complaint the care commission has upped them from needs improvement to good! Laughable really as my opinion is they make my mothers day more frustrating than better half the time.
