Jan 23 2016 Failure to shower, toilet, on occasions, failure to report heating/ hot water faults to main carer leaving relative in a cold house, failure to turn up for loo visit - not contacted by staff to discuss why - I had to contact them. Failure to write two reports of visits, staff served uncut up meal to relative who has moderate dementia, who wasn't supposed to be being fed by Bella staff anyway, with the exception of breakfast. Failure of communication with me , with the exception of two occasions, unprofessional behaviour - arguing with me about different issues arisen during the week we employed them, instead of trying to resolve matters, dereliction of duty of care on last visit... suggesting that I find a different care package if they weren't suitable...
