Nov 17 2018 Have been receiving care package since 5th Nov. 3 Visits per day. Medication due at 7.30am, when my am call is due. Yet to get this call at the correct time. Over an hour late today. Didn't even try to use the key safe. Evening calls hit and miss with timings. Might as well give up with them, but that will not impact on AMG, only myself and other people. Excuse always the same - held up at previous call. Everyday? Staff try to be friendly, and considerate but seem as if all they want to do is to leave and get home. Yet to have the full allocated time.
