Oct 26 2017 Some of the staff working for Surecare Doncaster are excellent. Genuinely caring, compassionate and great at their job. Unfortunately others are not. When we made a genuine complaint about such things as unhygienic behaviour and misuse of equipment, the management promised to resolve it. Instead, they contacted the NHS to terminate our contract of care without having the decency to contact us first. Caring for a terminally Ill family member is emotionally draining enough. Experiencing such a shocking lack of professionalism or compassion from those who are supposed to provide precious support? That's soul-destroying.
