    Lifeways Community Care Limited is a national provider of supported living, outreach, residential and respite services for vulnerable adults across the UK. We have a proven track record of innovation in the development and operation of ongoing support to people with a wide range of special needs – many of which are complex and diverse, including those with moderate to severe levels of learning disabilities, mental health needs, autism, physical disabilities, Acquired Brain Injuries, sensory needs and other associated complex conditions.

    We offer flexible models of supported which take into account each person&s unique needs and goals, focusing on promoting independence within a variety of settings including:

    • Supported living services for between 1 and 6 individuals within a shared home
    • Support varying from &outreach& support of a few hours per week, to intensive 24 hour per day support.
    • Specially adapted properties
    • Clusters of self contained flats on one site.
    • &Shared& accommodation – with up to 3 others
    • Short Breaks services to provide respite for carers – this can include a one off stay or regular stays as part of a routine.
    • Residential services for individuals with profound/challenging needs
    • Support purchased by Individual Budgets

    The aim of our supported living services are to provide support to adults and young people with a range of needs, enabling them to live in their own homes in the community. Our support is aimed at supporting individuals to:

    • Access and build on their community links
    • Gain new independent living skills
    • Identify and take up social/educational or training opportunities
    • Sustain their tenancies
    • Maintain their flats/accommodation
    • Increase their independence and self determination
    • Encourage greater and more positive participation in the community
    • Achieve personal goals
    • Move-on to independent living
