Home Care Information
When you want to commence a service which will provide care support at home one of Tandacare experienced assessors will make an appointment to carry out a non-obligatory visit to you in your own home. This is designed to discuss and assess exactly what and how you would like your care support to be carried out. Together you and the assessor will draw up a supporting plan to meet your needs and help you to benefit from.
Many care support visits take only the half hour but longer may be required at an increase of 1/4hr time blocks. Frequency of visits can range from as little as once a fortnight to multiples of four or five times a day with two care staff if needed. Tendacare is able to be as flexible and responsive as you require and with careful planning can tailor a service that considers your commitments and appointments.
