Sep 4 2018 Awful awful company. I would not use this company again even if I had no other choice. Highly unprofessional carers, arriving at all different times, sometimes not turning up at all, with no reason other than the office forgot to provide cover. Carers constantly bickering between themselves, and involving clients and clients families in their disputes too. When the family raised the issue of carers not turning up as an issue with the office the company termiated the care package for my bedbound grandmother, with less than a weeks notice. Hideous and appalling lack of service.

Mar 12 2018 We were concerned about this company as the reviews given were not good. so far after a 2 week experience l can safely state that there staff and management are caring concerned and work hard to keep to the tight time controls set by the social services. They give just 45 minutes to dress and wash and get my mother ready with breakfast tea and medication and settle her down for the day. the same time is allocated for lunch and dinner. Despite these rigid time constraints which are in reality not workable the staff do their best and with a smile. my mother refuses to enter a care home but this halfway house really works and she has made superb progress.

Jan 22 2018 some staff were great and friendly but I had to draw the line when they came to change and put my father in bed at 4 pm and this had happened on several occasions and you call them they will only tell you it's in the rule book !!! what rule book states that you have to be in bed bu 4pm !! and not forgetting coming to change and shower him at 6am only came around for 2 weeks
