Home Care Information
We provide supported living and outreach support for people who have learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autism and mental health needs. We provide support at home or in the community, which can include taking part in leisure activities and clubs, going shopping, going to college or work, personal care and going for day trips or on holiday. We can also support individuals to access benefits and create a budget.
We can also support people to find somewhere to live and have experience of supporting people to live together in shared houses.
