The service, which is owned by Barnados, provides both respite and domiciliary care for children aged 4 to 18, who all have severe learning disabilities, autism or complex health needs. The respite (residential) part of the service is regulated by Ofsted whilst the domiciliary part is regulated by the Care Quality Commission.
