Oct 19 2016 The majority of carers employed by this company seemed to be good, personable and well trained. A number of them were outstanding in terms of the care they provided and in their depth of knowledge and understanding. The best of the carers were very accommodating and had been proactive in suggesting and implementing extra measures to cope with the progression of my late mother's dementia. A small minority of the carers had appeared to cut corners and lack initiative. Organisation and management seemed to work well overall, but occasionally there were errors and a failure to communicate with staff. However, management always worked to put things right when problems arose. All in all Delta Care is a company I would use again if I needed to.
