Need to teach their staff good manners in other peoples homes and really seriously need to perform random drug tests on their younger care workers ( if this is the old Kent Road, branch of the company )

One star is for the relief to see the back of these abusers. NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN COMPLETELY!! Absolutely appalling. Lie in book, log states meds given yet cctv proves they didnt even attend the property. Carers used the house for their personal use, sleep on sofa, cook their own food, store food in freezer, charge phone. Not once did they stick to careplan. Investigation going back 3 yrs. Neglect, abuse and threats from carer. My cat has more management skills than this lot. Carers have no respect for vulnerable person / client / family. Managers are no better. Both lie constantly. Manipulate, bully and had literally ran my Nan into the ground. She went from a typical fun loving nan to someone who had given up on life. Refused to eat, rarely spoke, rarely lifted her head and towards the end, her body language showed how fearful of them she was. Sadly she was too afraid to say anything. Do not leave your loved ones anywhere near these vile people. If this provider has unsupervised contact, make sure you have cameras with audio, and more than one as they like to unplug cameras, to charge their phones, usually while cooking their own meals. (My nan didnt eat solids so they would put her to bed mid day and abuse the house as / when they chose) We even had complaints from neighbours about the smell of cooking and noise. Pls check cqc reports, multitude of very concerning reviews or i would be more than happy to show u the evidence i have. Cqc, Police, Quality Assurance and Wandsworth Council (plus others) all involved in a serious safeguarding case review / investigation Managers dont know what day it is and if you are lucky to get them to string a full sentence together, you will be guaranteed it will be all lies. Pls research this company. The only thing they will provide is abuse, neglect, racially motivated discrimination, plenty of bruises and a book full of lies. Following on from the first part of this shocking review Habib (manager) is very charming while he is sweat talking u but totally incompetant and needs a career change. As for 'Ola' - she dont even know what name to use. Carers change names to scam the system and from my experience, staff cant possibly hold valid db / crb. Pics are just one incident from years of neglect and abuse. Currently putting our case to the Ombudsman due to the fact, there are still vulnerable people at serious risk and need protecting.
