Mar 3 2015 my mother was cared for by dees care services and she was not happy with the care provided. they would turn up very late in the morning so mum had to wait for some one to come before getting washed and dressed .and given a drink plus morning meds were just left on her trolly. and not staying to make sure she had her meds.careplans were never looked at. otherwise they would know that she couldn,t hold them having problems with her arms. half cooked frozen meals were sometimes given to her. kitchen lefted filfhty cups and spoons not washed problay.this is bad care no elderly person should be treated like this its inhumane.should be fully trained to do this type of work. checks should be made on people who want to care for the elderly

The office staff have no idea of what is going on. They can be rude when contacted and not ring back as promised. When the carer is late (over an hour) the office does not let us know. Weekend I never know what time to expect anyone as the office staff don't appear to know themselves. Most of the girls are over worked and complain about the office before they leave the compony. Would not recommend to any one.
