Apr 5 2017 Untrained staff, very uncaring management. There are better care providers out there. We just had a carer tell us about all their shocking experiences with the management. Did not look after my mum well at all.

Mar 27 2017 These so called carers are supposed to visit my mother 4 times a day for 45 minute intervals which equates to 3 hours of paid care a day but in reality she gets 15-30 minutes of care per day. They come in for a few minutes, do the bare minimum if anything. We thought this was very unfair so thought we could get some fresh air and a break from my mums care for 15 minutes a day as mother needs constant care. We popped out for 15 minutes which we thought was very reasonable seeing as they were supposed to be here for 3 hours a day only to find that they left her on her own very distressed.
