Untrained staff, very uncaring management.
There are better care providers out there. We just had a carer tell us about all their shocking experiences with the management. Did not look after my mum well at all. |

These so called carers are supposed to visit my mother 4 times a day for 45 minute intervals which equates to 3 hours of paid care a day but in reality she gets 15-30 minutes of care per day.
They come in for a few minutes, do the bare minimum if anything. We thought this was very unfair so thought we could get some fresh air and a break from my mums care for 15 minutes a day as mother needs constant care. We popped out for 15 minutes which we thought was very reasonable seeing as they were supposed to be here for 3 hours a day only to find that they left her on her own very distressed. |
