Mears Care have provided wonderful carers and a good initial meeting with their local management to go over relevant needs. However their service is inconsistent with regular instances of only one carer turning up when there should be two. Time keeping is unreliable and at times neither carer will arrive. This seems unacceptable at the prices they are charging for private clients. In addition management offer weak excuses with poor communication. Mears Care at first glance offers good service but with continued use we have found that they add unneeded difficulties to the already stressful situation of dealing with a sick relative. Overall I would say this is poor value for the large sums of money involved. |
