    Bojo cared for my mum for a period of 6 months. Carers neglected to complete basic tasks despite the care plan. They were very late on numerous occasions, there was no telephone call to inform of the lateness. The out of hours phone went unanswered. They do not deal effectively with complaints.

    BoJo care services looked after my dad and went above and beyond for him and us as a family. The carers were very caring and the management team were always on hand for his ever changing needs and updated the care plan and carers accordingly. Management were very quick and responsive to all of dad's needs and in an emergency there on call service was very quick and responsive. If you didn't get through on the first time of calling they would call you back within 5 to 10 minutes. After using a previous care agency. We as a family were so relieved to get the care and service we got from BoJo and so glad we were recommended to change to them. Highly recommended
