By: Anonymous Rating:.. Jul 16 2017 The staff at the agency are very arrogant and do not care about the clients . Carers have too many call so the clients calls are never on time . The carers themselves are lovely but very overworked and under paid. The agency is more interested in making money than its clients . They provide a posh brochure luring you into security and then you get let down by their unprofessionalism shame their attention to their clients doesn't match their fancy brochures.when they worked fior my client there were many carers saying they wanted to leave
