    Worked with them for about 5 years and I would not let them take a care package for anyone I loved. They let clients down a hell of a lot telling them they cannot provide care leaving people stuck on a the day. The office staff have no compassion are rude and speak down to you. Other than that would recommend them for a coach day trip.
