Sep 11 2019 Broken promises to families, no continuity, sign in and out at times that are untrue making you think they spend the whole 30minutes you are paying for. They withdrew care if you challenge them, hard to communicate with, you will never get to speak to the manager, or meet her, they fob you off with trainees. Never adhere to what you specifically need doing for your mum/dad/ relative. Absolutely disgraceful!! They need closing down!! They bill you for care you haven't had then takes ages to correct it, as a matter of fact, they don't even address the issue.Stay away!!!!!
