Oct 24 2016 Used this company for my severely disabled partner for 10 years because this was the main preferred provider by our care trust. Despite having historically been the largest provider, they have no understanding/empathy for complex cases and are working outside their realm of expertise for this group. This ineptness has caused us many problems leading to a situation which involved the Safeguarding Team, the CQC and loss of our team of carers. This has been a blessing in disguise as we have been compelled to source a new agency that in a few short months has provided everything that was lacking in this service. Having worked in the care trust and knowing the opinion of many professionals, I am surprised that this company is being promoted by NHS Choices.
