Sep 5 2016 Over the last 9 months we have experienced inexperienced staff, barely speak English, not trained for vulnerable patients. Poor hygiene, leaving equipment, toiletries with excrement on. Poor man handling, lack of training on using hoists etc. Causing injuries with the catheter, peg area and friction sores on the bottom. Management never return calls, never informed why carers are 2 hours late. Hardly stuck to timed visits, left early, arrived hours late with no call from the office. Should not be allowed to look after vulnerable, disabled people as there have no experience at all. Stay well clear of this company for your loved one as my Dad has deteriorated.
