Hendon Hospital

Would never use this hospital again. Infection control issues as HCAs put used bed linen on carpet. Very disorganised when being discharged having to wait whilst TTAs v being written ending up having a very late discharge post surgery.

I couldnt thank all the staff enough, my visit was just as i would have expected. Right through from the cleaners,the porters, the consultants, the physiotherapists but most of all the nurses who couldnt do enough for me especially one who got the short stick and was allocated to look after me lol. I was only in for 3 days but had 3 months of aftercare from the psysios to get me fighting fit. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart x>

I went for an outpatient appointment with a consultant who is excellent. however, as a person with a disability, the wheelchair access, parking, etc. is abysmal. the outside lift does not work. I required the imaging department and my husband had to push me (or rather prevent me from crashing down the laundry entrance and into laundry carts, etc.) Coming out of the imaging department and angry porter pushed me so fast up the laundry entrance without even allowing my husband or me to speak and let my chair roll down the step of the pavement almost overturning me in my wheelchair. The administration staff were rude and intransigent. The customer service is shocking!
