After seeing a surgeon who had access to letters stating I’m allergic to latex, after charging me £200 for a consultation and £500 deposit for an operation, I was told at the pre op assessment that they do not operate on people with a latex allergy??!! What kind of a hospital is this?? They seem a total rip off to me !!

I booked for out patient appointment with a specialist, tried to swap the appointment , but called everyday for 4 days waited for more than 20 minutes, no one pick the phone. It is waste of time for the patients and waste of time for the specialist where there is no option to swap your appointment online and no way to communicate this to the reception. Poor private hospital management, that anyone can book easily online, but if need to change anything you need to wait many hours. I will not recommend to my friends or family.

I have been in this hospital ( self funding) a few times over the last 15 years for different procedures and each time have been treated with dignity and respect. Most staff from domestic upwards have been there for many years and are all very kind and helpful nothing is too much trouble and they always have time to listen and help when possible. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.
