Blakelands Hospital

I arrived for my appointment was greeted at reception booked in with politeness and care. Was taken intoclinicand was explainecto aboutthe articles to put on for my op . The nursewaslively and did my observationsand put me at ease then the consultant came to explain a few thing and mark my knee ,the aneathatist then explained what would happen in theatre . A nurse came to check my details and take me to theatre. When I came round a nice nurse was with ame all the time I was given Tim to come round and my pain level wse checked often . I was moved to the sitting up level then and given tea and biscuits . The discharge nurse explained everthing I great detail and gave me all the pain relief I should need. Everyone was very helpful and I was given great care and attention to make my visit very good . Thank you to all concerned

I had a cataract operation on 7th June and the whole process form beginning to end was outstanding. The loving care, empathy, and courtesy I received from the all of the staff was extraordinary. They made me feel so at ease it was really lovely. I would definitely recommend Blakelands Hospital to anyone and everyone.
