Had my Breath Test back in mid August and it was confirmed on site that I had a problem, 6 weeks later I was still waiting for the Call from them to confirm, Still 2 weeks further on & still have not received the Prescription for treatment that was prescribed... this is not the first time Ive had to wait for diagnosis from here.. Because Ive been referred from the nhs they push you to the back of the queue and expect you to wait.. When you try to call you are meant to jump through hoops to try & speak to someone.. Meanwhile youre still in pain waiting... & Waiting.. & Waiting.. no doubt it will be another month before they actually think about issuing the prescription for the problem Ive had for 2 years.. Shocking Service..

I had a course of about 5 Physiotherapy sessions for a long-standing back problem, and they were very helpful and effective. Not everyone may know that it is possible to use these services as an outpatient, without being insured. I would certainly recommend this department for very pleasant and useful treatment.
