Oct 6 2021 An unforgettable and life-changing experience. Having suffered with an aesthetically unpleasant scar for over 20 years, I lost my case against the NHS for corrective surgery, and I was refused by two other surgeries being told that my scar could not be corrected, would be too difficult or too risky. I had my first consultation with Mr Nishikawa, arranged by his extremely warm and welcoming assistant Anja. My first consultation was professional, friendly and pleasant. Mr Nishikawa took the time to listen to my concerns, he studied my scar and gave me the comfort that I needed. Having researched he came back to me and we met again and decided a way forward. I chose my surgery date working with Anja on availability, and before I knew it I underwent the knife. The surgery took place at their premises in Edgbaston and I was under sedation; all of the staff were lovely and friendly / cracking jokes and made me feel at ease. Following the surgery, I could not be happier with my result, the time taken to help me and the extremely sincere care from the surgeon. I have now had my post op check up and 8 weeks on I am extremely pleased with my results and I know my surgeon is equally pleased. For background, I had a very difficult horizontal, tethered scar across my abdomen. I was aware that my scar was stuck to my rib and it caused me great confidence issues, not just with my appearance but in my approach to others around me!! Absolute 10/10 experience, I would highly recommend Mr Nishikawa and I would highly recommend this practice. Can’t thank them enough for changing my life, when it seemed everyone else refused help! By: Charlotte Rating:.. Aug 28 2019 About 2 weeks ago I had 2 wisdom teeth removed at the Westbourne. The consultant got both teeth out in under 10 mins (1 was horizontally impacted). I had little to no swelling, bruising and only needed to take a couple of paracetamol for pain. I am an extremely nervous patient and suffer from severe anxiety, this was my first “operation” and having already backed out of getting the procedure done at my dentist I was expecting to not go through with it again but never once did I feel uncomfortable and all the staff I encountered were so friendly and professional and they got the job done! Thank you!

Mar 6 2022 Had my breast Augmentation on friday 4th march 22 , my Surgeon was Mr Nishikawa the surgeon i choose to have and im so very glad i did his bed side manner was perfect kind , friendly put me at ease was very honest and went through everything with me and my expections the surgery was a breeze i was very well looked after by all the team i cant thank them all enough i am so happy with my breasts and there is no pain at all the sedation was very easy for me and recovery was very quick.
