Oct 27 2023 I have been lucky enough to have light treatment at West Cornwall’s outpatient dept for 10 weeks. The staff within the dept are lovely, they are so friendly and make you feel valued. I never felt embarressed having the treatment. But i want to also say that all the other staff particularly the reception team made me feel so welcome. They even made a point of remembering. The Senior nurse in charge should be proud of her team, she has made this team one of the best depts i have been in. Thank you so much x

Sep 7 2023 Have recently been receiving guidance/treatment from the Occupational Therapy/Physio department at Penzance. The staff there are so friendly and supportive; I cannot speak highly enough about the level of care and attention given.
West Cornwall Hospital (Penzance)By: Gemma Doku Rating:.. Aug 17 2023 Took my daughter to urgent care after an out of hours drs referred us there for an ear infection. We arrived early (8.15am) and we were booked in promptly and seen quickly and efficiently by the nurse. Fantastic care, quick diagnosis and giving of medication. My daughter even got a teddy bear at the end! A credit to the NHS
