Horrible receptionist, very unprofessional. No customer service skills whatsoever. Dr Muhammad Mushtack, or however it is spelt is also rude, gaslights people and lies. The next time this situation occurs I will follow the complaints procedure, all the way to the top if I have to. Get it together! Not everyone is a law person, I know my rights and will not tolerate anymore of this disgraceful behaviour from your staff.

I would not recommend them to anyone. I was far worse in the hospital than i was out. I don’t think they care at all about the patients. I was ridiculed and treated badly. If i could give zero star rating i would. I hope never to go back and i would not recommend the service to anyone. The ward needs a lot of improvement and needs lessons on how to deliver compassionate care. Absolutely awful.

My young adult daughter had a three month stay here. At ctms it would be agreed that she only had accompanied leave yet they booked her a taxi into town with no support. The response to this was well at least she came back. Very poor care and safegarding. Was glad to get her home.
