Jul 16 2023 Arrived at the Minor Injuries Unit an hour before it was due to close and the facility was locked with a sign saying it was closed due to being too busy. No cars were in the car park so clearly a poorly managed facility.

May 28 2023 Went to MIU this morning for something I couldnt wait for the gp for, extremely helpful, was seen, given what I needed and gone within 30mins. Lovely nurse and was great with my little one I had to take with me. Lucky to have this service on my doorstep.

Jan 5 2023 Went to visit with my daughter on the 2/1/23 who was ill with chest pains at 19.45 but was met with a locked door even though it said it was open to 20.30 and was told by the nurse the other side of the door that we wouldn't be let in .Rang 111 who said go to Taunton A and E asap which we did but can't believe turned away from chard without even asking us what was wrong
