After being told at war memorial that my daughter had a small foot fracture, and they wouldn’t do anything with it, QA fracture clinic sent us an appointment, followed up with a telephone call to advise if daughter required a boot to use to come and get one no problem at all. Advised to come whenever convenient as long as before 3pm. Left straight away as would take some time coming from Gosport. On arrival we were greeted by a lovely lady from the plaster room that said she was expecting us and took us straight in. Daughter fitted with a boot immediately and was provided with all the information needed. Also told any problem with the boot, fit, size, rubbing, then we can come back anytime no appointment needed, just turn up. Great experience for my daughter and the lady we saw was calm and very helpful. Great work

Once again went to Orthopaedic Department and Fracture Clinic on 2 Oct 19 for final review of my elbow fracture surgery. As in all previous visits, all the staff - reception, nurses and consultants - were very friendly, courteous and efficient from start to finish. They took the time to listen to my worries, and provided me with full advice and guidance that allieviated all my concerns. I cannot thank them enough for their excellent attitude at all times.
