Oct 26 2023 I was booked in for a removal of lesion on lip and biopsy after my initial consultation. The staff from the receptionist to the team were all amazing from start to finish. They were so professional and reassuring at all times. They were friendly and knowledgeable. My lesion had gone down and I didnt need the surgery. They reassured me on every level that no treatment was required at this time. I cannot fault their reassurance or proffesionism and was so relieved that I didnt need the surgery. They fully explained why and booked me in for a telephone consultation in 6 months which was booked on the day and confirmed by secure message the next day. They went above and beyond and I was delighted with not just my good outcome but how they handled it well done to the whole team at Maxifacial QA you were amazing Xx

Oct 25 2023 I was admitted by ambulance to a&e 05/0923 due to breathing difficulties caused by an adverse reaction to immunotherapy treatment. I was assessed fairly quickly and transferred to the critical care unit (e5) where I spent the next 5/6 days. I then spent the next 4/5 days in the respiratory high dependency unit (g5) until discharged 15/09.23. I have been improving every day since. In all 3 areas the treatment, both in terms of clinical treatment and the way everything was explained, could not be faulted and I cannot praise all of the staff highly enough. I was very quickly put at ease by all. thanks once again.
