I went for my vaccine today at bealeys hospital. I'm unable to wear a mask due to bad emphysema. This man came out of an office and started shouting loudly at me for not wearing a mask. He didn't introduce himself. He wasn't open to hearing what my explanation was, interupting my response by saying he didn't care as I was putting his staff at risk. My description of him would be what you imagine a football hooligan to look like with a shaved head. He had the bad attitude to go with it. He wore a blue anorak that was too small for him. Makes you wonder how he was employed in any hospital. I was quite shaken by this. Being a retired nurse I was totally shocked that a hospital staff member would treat any staff, patient or visitor in such an aggressive Manner. After he left it was my turn for the jab. The nurse who was called Beverly was totally understanding and kind. She calmed me down as I was so upset and she is a reason why we call nurses angels. I can't find a hospital number that works so that's why my complaint is on here. I don't want to deter anyone from going there as all of the staff were so kind and lovely apart from him. Watch out for the thug in the blue anorak |
