So difficult to get appointments, and almost impossible to get through to someone on the appointments line. However, this is not the fault of the hospital staff, who are kind and caring when you get to see them. Thank you to Kate who saw my husband on Monday for an urology test. My husband struggles with Parkinson’s and dementia, and she took time to explain to him what was happening, putting us both at ease.

I had hand surgery on 5th October 2022. It was day surgery. I cannot praise enough all the staff I encountered during my time there. From start to finish staff were clear in what was going to happen. Everyone was friendly and positive despite working in difficult circumstances. 6 weeks on I’m making great progress and looking forward to the next bout of surgery on my other hand. Thank you again everyone at PRH.
