I was taken to a&e by ambulance with extreme back pain. The waiting to be seen was several hours. The nurses were uncaring and the care was non existent apart from a very pleasant junior doctor and the caring radiographers in MRI. I was left in appalling pain and not offered food or drink in the 16 hours I was there. The full apology I have received does not make me any more confident about being treated there again. Avoid it if you can.
