Having visited for the first time the Paulton Hospital Physio Dept on Tuesday 4th July at 9.30am in order to take part in the Hip and Knee Pathway. I found that not only that you could park for free but there was also adequate parking spaces available. On time our group had everything that was going to take place during our session explained in a very straightforward and easy to understand and friendly manner, which was most reassuring and easy to understand. Every member of staff I encountered were very professional and easy to talk to and gave the every impression that they would do their best to help you with your medical condition. The visit was very worthwhile, Thank You. |

I took my son up to MIU yesterday who is Autistic and Nonverbal 14 year old who hurt his foot at school. The doctor for MIU was absolutely amazing with my son, was patient and made adaptions to help him be happy and comfortable. We returned the next day for xray and again the same man went above and beyond. We went to xray and the gentleman in xray was also very patient, understanding and took time for him. The whole experience was the most comfortable I have every seen my son in this type of circumstance and I am so relieved to have this service available to us. |

I’ve just checked the information for dermatology at Paulton Hospital . It shows that the average waiting time for a referral is 17 weeks. This information was last updated in 2014 - 8 years ago! Please can the person responsible for updating the website amend this information to show the current referral time? Also, the phone number is not a Bath code so is the number correct? |
