Oct 13 2023 recently had personal experience of ambulance, A&E, day unit, emergency assessment ward, ward 10 as well as x ray and scans. All staff were equally caring and pleasant. Witnessed some very difficult patients but staff were very courteous and caring as well as remaining professional at all times. Meals were delicious so congratulations to catering staff for binning the reputation of awful hospital food. Well done staff at South Tyneside. Keep up the good work. You deserve medals and don’t get your just rewards but are appreciated by the people you look after.
