I have a large pancreatic cyst that is causing chronic pain , effecting my eating , bending , sitting , uncomfortable ,pain, stomach ache , it's pushing on stomach etc. And stomach is swollen , complained for the last four months it's getting worse been going on nearly 10 months now , had scan after scan need an operation. Nothing is being done , no treatment plan what so ever , complained on and on and on pals useless ,can't speak to a consultant for months and they do nothing anyway. Will not admit you , or do anything as urgent , speed anything as it's getting worse. Things are still unresolved been going on all year , they do not care your in pain , they do not care it's getting worse. Ringing and complaining gets nowhere , pals complaint got nowhere , told me to call crisis team as feeling suicidal when it's not mental it's because of physical pain and needing to be operated on. All in all appauling , unhelpful , uncaring , no treatment what so ever just left in chronic pain getting worse. Nobody cares or resolves anything.truely terrible , uncaring , horrible experience. Nhs don't care or do operations or care about chronic conditions , your treated when you need an operation / procedure under general like you don't matter , not important or worsening pain they couldn't care less. Disgusting truely barbaric
