Oct 28 2023 After contacting PALS regarding a previous review, I would wish to thank them for sorting out my complaint promptly and arranging for an appointment with a consultant who gave me the answers on my problem. If I had not contacted PALS I would probably have been left in the system so I cannot thank them enough

Oct 24 2023 Thank you to all the staff and doctor i saw during my visits to Urology,i received fantastic treatment from the nurses and had my diagnosis explained to me by a consultant/Doctor with great empathy ,you are all a credit to Salford Royal and the NHS . Thank you all .

Oct 19 2023 I was seen on time by a nurse practitioner who listened to me and went on to explain my heart problem in great easy to understand information. She was extremely helpful and took time to listen to me. She reassured me and I left feeling much better.
