If you would like us to look into this matter further, we would need some more information from you to identify your father on our system and his consent that he is happy for us to take this forward. Have been trying to contact the department today 14 times and no one picks up the phone. The calls are being redirected to the CPAP line and this then is not answered. The mask is a critical part of the apparatus and not being able to get a simple replacement even when you offer to go in at ones own inconvenience to collect a spare/replacement. Yes you can leave a message only if you call after 1400hrs, with a possibility they call back next day. Not sure what they think you do on the intervening nights sleep. Poor service. |
