May 11 2023 Telephone service is shocking. I left messages enquiring about my next appointment several times, but no response at all!!! Tried again today, three times and phone was ringing out then it cuts off after two minutes.

Apr 26 2023 Colposcopy clinic - all staff from reception, nurses, to consultants are dedicated to helping patients. I have to attend yearly and they provide considerate care and monitoring of my condition. Thank You.

Dec 2 2022 Good evening I just wanted to send a huge amount of gratitude and thanks, following a very positive experience today at Good Hope Hospital. I arrived, parked my vehicle, walked to the reception, was pointed to Area F and arrived at my ultrasound appointment 30 minutes before my appointment. I was immediately seen, examined and given good news, then even managed to leave the car park without charge! From the main reception, area f reception to people who dealt with me at ultrasound, each and every person I met were extremely prossional, polite, courteous and friendly. Fantastic experience, which deserves praise. Kind regards Stuart
