Not had a bad experience at QMC but the below is about catchment about help about abuse from Highbury hospital someone please heal me Please help was discharged on the 8th November 2021from millbrook hospital. CPN nurse Cheryl champion kept harrassing me in there I reported to CQC and the hospital that I am not interested in any form of support. My door is knocked she’s standing there I told her the same thing I filmed it she kept texting then said she has to still drop of my medication to me I explained to Kevin stomerston and Cheryl I order online collect myself I don’t need a duty of care have right to do it all myself. I collect other medication on 25th November my prescription for mental health drugs removed they said they owe a duty of care I never asked first it was fine now this I am forced and threatened to accept them felivering my medication to me then no date or time is given I do not accept it’s done under fords and threatened I am denied refused to do it. Myself why is that??? I was discharged and a referral made without my consent I need medication this is from Highbury hospital outpatient I am not in catchment either my nearest hospital is QMC and I have the right to go their I need medication my name is Ms Shanti Tyler of 14 Anslow Avenue Lenton Abbey Nottingham ng9 2sw telephone 07885620673 date of birth 23/11/1973. Let them know I am QMC catchment never agreed and am forced and threatened and it’s has made me distressed and alarmed that this is a act that is sick against mental health patients
